Tom Dean is a self-taught artist who has been drawing since he was 5 years old. After many years of various construction jobs, Tom had the opportunity to learn faux finishes and mural painting from a well-established artisan, Tish Inman with Gotcha Covered.

Since beginning this field, Tom has made an effort to stay in the forefront by attending the Faux Event in Fla. where he took a class with the Chicago Institute of Fine Finishes. He attended a Venetian plastering class in Alexandria, VA with Buon Frescos Academy of Wall Artistry, a 4-day class in Wake Forest, NC with Dru Blair at Blair Art Studios, and a week long class in Las Vegas, NV with Barth White Studios.

Tom has tried to stay abreast of all the latest finishes and techniques and prides himself on his realism and desire to give his clients whatever their imagination desires.
